The NeoSoul Plant-Based Program will give you the step-by-step tools you need to transition from eating meat + heavily processed foods to a healthful Plant-Based diet. I join you every step of the way to make it easy to make this transition.
After our Pre-Assessment call, we’ll gain a mutual understanding of your goals, needs + desires after we co-create a Soulful Nourishment Plan.
Each month we'll have an Accountability Call, meant to support you with your Monthly Goals and Aspirations as you transition. Throughout the entire period of the Program, you'll have me in your back pocket with text/voice support for any questions or concerns that arise.
You'll walk away from this journey with a firm understanding of how you can integrate Plant-Based eating in a way that gives your energy and makes you feel your best, armed with the knowledge for how to be successful long term!
